What is the F.I.T. Program?

The FIT Program is an 8 week all-inclusive small group training program. FIT stands for Functional Instructive Training. This program was designed to teach individuals of all fitness levels to move safely, and effectively while at the same time yielding big results of weight loss and body fat.

Do you need help getting rid of excess fat while building muscle in the process? This program is for you. We will educate you on everything from what to eat, when to eat it, as well as how to use every piece of equipment in the gym so you never feel out of place!
